Stories is a series of pop-up fine dining restaurants in the city of Heidelberg. The second edition was held in the historic banquet hall of the former Grand Hotel Palais Prinz Carl. The menu and the interior design concept were inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice In Wonderland. A curved seating arrangement for up to 68 guests was inspired by the Baroque architecture of the hall, while at the same time serving as a modern contrast to it. The modular furniture was designed to be assembled and dismantled quickly and easily.
